The record group includes: general letters in relating to company business (1866-83); letters in from James Rood, agent, located in Chicago, Illinois (1867-74, 1876-82); letters in from T.J. Houston, general manager (1874-79); letters in to Charles J. Canda, Jr., treasurer, and Major T.B. Brooks, vice president, from Edward Kirk Talcott and E.B. Isham, superintendents (1866-72); and correspondence relating to acquisition of land owned by Bayview Campground Association and on Grand Island (1904).
