Vellum bound account book for John Greenwood, Thomas Greenwood, and John Stone. First page has "John Stone His Book 1778" below which is "John Greenwood His Book of account" which was x'ed out. The earliest entries by John Greenwood of Newton, Mass., 1709-1734, are business records concerning the weaving of flanel, sheeting, blankets, etc. His records as Justice of the Peace for Middlesex County, Mass. cover 1733-1749. The records of Thomas Greenwood as Justice of the Peace for Middlesex County, Mass. cover 1696-1774 and the records for Justice John Stone cover 1778-1804.
