Correspondence, notes, reviews and clippings documenting the literary career of Henry Walcott Boynton. The collection includes handwritten drafts of plays ("Dr. Lavendar," "Guenever," "Pompilia," "Flood Tide," etc.), prose and poems, and drafts of stories written under the pseudonym John Walcott. Correspondence is chiefly with magazine and book publishers, including Atlantic Monthly, Bookman and Nation.
