Interview conducted by Larry Ritter for use in his book "The Glory of their times : the story of the early days of baseball told by the men who played it". Fred Snodgrass comments on manager John J. McGraw, and his own recruitment into the National League. As well as the realtionship between Bugs Raymond and John J. McGraw, and the career of Charles "Victory" Faust. Followed by an analysis of a Chicago Cubs versus New York Giants game in 1908 (in which Fred Merkle did not touch second base), and the 10th inning of the final game in the 1912 World Series.
