General description of the collection: The Theodore J. Conway photograph collection includes images from three distinctively different subjects and geographical areas. There are nine photos of the First Arctic Test Center at Fort Churchill, Manitoba, Canada, 1957; photos of a jump exercise by the 82nd Airborne Division in 1962 and photos of an exhibit of paintings at the United States Information Service (USIS) Bamako, by Lieutenant Colonel William S. Tilton who was military counselor to the American ambassador to Mali in 1967.
