William Paul Jones album, 1823.

Collection consists of one bound, hololographic album of William Paul Jones. The album contains messages and poetry written by friends of William Paul Jones when he was preparing to begin a career at sea probably around 1823. Most passages deal with friendship or the life of a mariner. The album was "dedicated" by James Reese, and one entry was signed by Joseph Pinkney.
