Letter, 1937, April 24, Los Angeles [to] Virgil Markham [Staten Island, New York] / B[ailey] M[illard]. 1937.

Pleased to hear that Edwin Markham has been restored to health. Reports that Florence Hamilton is not in two and that Ruth LaPrade has held a celebration of the Markham anniversary, five days before the actual date. States that she is out for publicity and that she has an "abnormal obsession"concerning Charles Mills Gayley. Written on Los Angeles Times note paper.
