O.B. Jones [graphic]. [1963]

Photo submitted with certification application to the Arkansas Board of Barber Examiners by O.B. Jones, age 68 in 1963. Jones was first certified by the board in 1963 in Midland, Midland County, Texas. His last date of certification was 1974. All his paperwork was sent to his address in Midland. On his application he stated that he worked in Hope, Hempstead County, and Stamps, Lafayette County, Arkansas, in the late 1920s and the early 1930s. However, there is nothing in the file to suggest he worked in Arkansas from 1963 to 1974.
