This collection consists of items pertaining to American Legion Post No. 55, of Le Sueur, Minnesota. The correspondence, membership lists, and two music books that belonged to the organization are included in the collection. The correspondence deals mostly with veterans' medical issues and the National Veterans Bureau. Among the miscellaneous papers included in the collection are committee descriptions, ceremonial instructions, and some financial records for the American Legion in Le Sueur.
