The records consist of the minutes of the India Conference from the time of its formation in 1920 until 1973. Also included are cover letters and correspondence related to the minutes. The correspondence is from the officers of the India Conference to the administrators of the home boards. These administrators include JSO BFM Secretary J.H. Schneider; ALC Executive Secretary of the India Section of the BFM C.V. Sheatsley; ALC Executive Secretary of the BFM Richard C. Taeuber; TALC Executive Director of the Division of World Missions Theodore P. Fricke; and TALC Associate Secretary Lester A. Dahlen. The files are arranged chronologically, and those from 1920-1935 are bound.
