The Foreign Missionary 1880-1884, 1914-1963.

The content of the publication relied heavily on written reports and stories from missionaries. It included lists of donors, news of BFM membership, and a liberal number of photographs and drawings. The collection is complete from 1880-1884 and from 1914-1963, except for one issue (June, 1916). There is also one issue from 1900. Sometime between 1900 and 1914 the volume numbering changed by a year. (For example, 1880 is vol. 1 and 1900 vol. 21, but 1920 is v. 40. Either the numbering changed or there was a year when it was not published. Loose issues are duplicates of those found in the bound volumes and were kept for purposes of photocopying.
