Letter, December 20, 1981, from Nick Bremigan, Joe Brinkman, Drew Coble, and Tim McClelland to Dick Butler verifying that all bases were touched by George Brett and U.L. Washington on Brett's homerun during the July 24, 1983, game between New York and Kansas City. The letter is one page, typed and signed by the four umpires; a photocopy of the lineup card is also included.
