Oral history interviews of the Minnesota Resort Industry Oral History Project, 1991-2000.

This project documents the resort industry in Minnesota. Interviews are with both current and former Minnesota resort owners and with people associated with the tourism industry. They reflect upon the establishment of their resorts, the nature of the business, the economic and social changes over the years.

Star Island is a 1,163-acre island in Cass Lake, located about twelve miles east of Bemidji, Minnesota.
