Abstract

Two memos by Simey, one entitled Residential schools for destitute children in Jamaica, the other Youth organizations for boys in Jamaica. Both are accompanied by letters to the Colonial Secretary from the Comptroller of Jamaica, F.A. Stockdale, dated 20th October 1941 and 21st October 1941, respectively. All documents are photocopies.
