SHPO contact sheets, 1963, 1971-2006.

Photographic contact sheets made from 35mm b&w camera negatives taken by State Historic Preservation Office staff in the course of surveying archaeological and historic sites and structures throughout Minnesota. Subject categories include residential, commercial, industrial, governmental, educational, religious, funerary, recreational and cultural, agricultural, medical, natural, military, transportative places, structures, and objects. The photographs primarily document exteriors but also includes interiors, furnishings, machinery, streetscapes, landscapes, and human activities are also included. The majority of sheets are accompanied by information either on the back or on an attached log, that identifies contact sheet number, photographer, date, frame number, county, city or township, location, subject, and facing direction. The sheets are filed in numerical sequence by sheet number. Some sheets are missing.
