Autograph letter signed from Percy to unidentified recipient, 17th century November 10.

The correspondent is likely Henry Percy, Baron Percy of Alnwick. Letter addressed to "Monsieur." Percy references the honors the recipient made to him at Breda. He indicates his shame and anger over the actions of his men and states that he is sending a messenger to the Duke of York (later James II) to request that the horses be returned and the men be punished to the full extent of the law.
