Letter to Daniel Fox noting that he has postponed the sale of goods brought out for Joshua Singleton until next Tuesday in order to have the matter settled without a lawsuit; requests Fox take the goods and pay him the freight and charges. Reverse: reply of Daniel Fox dated 28 January 1774.
