Contained in this series are photocopies of the papers of incorporation of Evangelical Lutherans in Mission (ELIM) in the State of Missouri in 1974, following its incorporation in Illinois the previous year. Included also are IRS Tax Exemption Applications and various drafts of ELIM's Constitution and Bylaws, most of which are undated excepting two copies dated 1974 and a set of Amendments dated 1978.
