Final concord between William Shakespeare and Hercules Underhill, Gent. [manuscript], 1602 Michaelmas.

To reconfirm purchase of New Place, Stratford-upon-Avon, which was originally purchased in May 1597 from Underhill's father, William. The elder Underhill died two months after the initial purchase, supposedly poisoned by his eldest son Fulke, who was hanged in 1599 for the crime.
