Mentions R.W. Elliston's reaction to Keeley's receiving an offer from the Portsmouth managers and the resulting offer of an engagement at Elliston's Olympic Theatre. Includes references to the death of the Princess Charlotte. Letter opens "Dear Sir." With integral address leaf addressed to [S?]atham, Esq., Brydges Street, Strand, London. Also, an etching of Mr. Keeley in the role of Signor Sylli.
