Millicent Clarke was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania April 4, 1924. During World War II to attend Rosie the Riveter School and worked on Curtiss P40 Warhawks. She married in 1946. Millicent lived in Guam 1946-1951 and Japan 1955-1957. During her employment with General Dynamics, 1964-1978, in San Diego, California she learned to solder and do specialized work.
