Notarized deed document conveying lots (11 & 12) of Lot 10 in Block B of the Mott Tract recorded in Book 1 of Miscellaneous Records, p. 489. The land is described in measurements and directions of the lots on Olive Street in Los Angeles. Affixed to p. 2 is a notary document signed and sealed (with impressed gold seal) by Los Angeles notary public A.C. Holmes on Nov. 19, 1884. The deed document form measures 63 x 22 cm, folded to 22 x 9 cm. The notary form measures 21 x 18 cm, folded to 21 x 9 cm. Both forms printed by A.L.Bancroft & Co. of San Francisco.
