Abstract

Legal report of research conducted by lawyer Benjamin Whitman on the ownership rights of Boston's Town Dock. The report to the Boston Board of Selectmen, dated 19 Nov. 1818, details the ownership of the dock and abutting land from ca. 1641-1818, as described in various town documents.
