Letter 1922 September 7, Staten Island. N.Y. [to] John L. Stahl, Unknown / Edwin Markham. 1922.

Markham was glad to be remembered by the President of the Society of Midland Authors. He was glad also to see Mrs Stahl, Mytell Southerland, Lew Sarett, Harriet Monroe and James Oliver Ourwood. It seems Markham misses the Mid West. He wants to be invited again.
