General Assembly resolutions regarding Firelands, 1792-1796.

A true copy of record, signed by Samuel Wyllys, of two resolutions, one quitclaiming 500,000 acres to residents of nine towns who suffered property loss during the Revolution, and the second establishing a board of proprietors to distribute the land. Also includes a list of the individuals in each Connecticut town who lost property and the monetary value of that loss. The distributed land was located within the western most counties of the Western Reserve in Ohio and was commonly called the Firelands.
