Diaries of family life in Stratford, Connecticut, kept by Laura (Woolsey) Johnson. Also includes a volume kept sporadically by her daughter, Susan Edwards (Johnson) Hudson, between 1865 and 1869. Laura married William Samuel Johnson in 1824. Their children were Susan Edwards (Johnson) Hudson, Samuel William Johnson, Laura Woolsey (Johnson) Carmalt, and Woolsey Johnson.
