[Archie and Zora Grant Collection]. 1918-1990.

Collection is comprised of the personal papers of Archie and Zora Grant. Materials such as scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, correspondence, award certificates and membership records document Archie Grant's many contributions as a member of the Nevada State Legislature, State Board of Education, Las Vegas Housing Authority and Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. There is a significant amount of correspondence from Grant to his mother during his time with the American expeditionary forces (AEF) in France during War World one. One scrapbook documents Zora Grant's work as President of the Nevada Federation of Women's Clubs in the 1940s.
