Nathan C. Monroe correspondence and broadside, 1831-1842.

This collection contains a bound volume of Nathan C. Monroe's business and personal correspondence. Most of the letters are from his relatives who were living in New York, while others concern his mercantile business. A broadside circular for a boarding school, Troy Female Seminary, and a letter from one of Monroe's relatives about the school from 1833 are also included in the volume.
