Notes on sermons by Joshua Moodey and others, 1686-1688.

Two small notebooks containing notes taken during the sermons of various clergymen, primarily Rev. Joshua Moodey, minister at the First Church of Boston, 1685-88. Also includes sermon notes of Revs. [James] Allen, [Cotton] Mather, and [Samuel] Willard, among others. Some sections are written in shorthand. The writer of the notebook is unknown.
