The series consists of executive orders and proclamations signed by Governor Taft. Executive orders are rules or orders issued by the governor that have the force of law. The executive order topics include emergency rules for various state agencies and the creation of task forces and advisory boards. The proclamation topics include commemorative flag lowerings and weather emergencies.
