Letter from William Hawk in Canton, Ohio with letter addressed to Mr. Burke [sic] of Zoar, Ohio requests payment of a debt from John Hoot. Ludwig (or Lewis) Birk was the "cashier" or treasurer of the Zoar Society in 1840.
