Anthony Luchek, a graduate of the University of Michigan, was a labor education specialist. Before WWII, he was an instructor at the Institute of Human Relations at Yale University and a Wertheim Fellow at Harvard. He also served as a Labor Economist for the Labor Division of the War Production Board. In 1946, he became the European Representative for the CIO.
