Portraits subgroup, 1907-1946.

There are images of Wallace, Apache Scouts at Fort Huachuca in 1936, and groups of railroad and highway dept. employees. Photographs are present of 1930s people and homes for Hopi, Navajo and Tohono O'odham. The images of the Tohono O'odham include homes near San Xavier Mission, cowboys on a roundup, and school boys at San Xavier School in 1912. Hopi images include views of Walpi and Moencopi, and of women shucking corn. Navajo images are chiefly portraits.
