This collection contains correspondence, legal records, newsclippings, creative works, publications, photographs, audiotapes, speeches and artifacts. The collection documents Hansen's agricultural activism, as well as his political activities in Nebraska. Of particular interest are Hansen's speeches and editorials, which offer insight into his philosophy. The general correspondence provides a "behind the scenes" look at many prominent pro-farm and farm protest leaders. There are also informational files concerning these groups and their activities.
