The retaliation [manuscript] : a comedy, ca. 1775.

Manuscript of Francis Brerewood. Laid in correspondence between Brerewood and the managers of theaters and between Richard Munth who offered to revise the play and fit it for the theatre. Also there is a contract between Brerewood and Munth dated September 25, 1775 in which Munth is to revise the play and do all in his power to induce the theaters to produce it and is to receive from Brerewood one half of the author's profits. Witnessed by Cath. Potts. The manuscript contains alteration probably by Munth. Autograph of Mr. Potts, No. 21, 1792.
