Discussing his brother Frank's health and noting that although there is no immediate danger, his "dear love" should "by all means come home tomorrow as early" as possible, but should not bring the children. Making arrangements for the children to stay elsewhere during Frank's illness, and expressing disappointment over henry Rice's failure to wait for him.
