Consists of three series: Correspondence, 1970-1981, includes both incoming and outgoing correspondence. There are two subseries. The first contains general correspondence, arranged chronologically. The second is arranged alphabetically and contains subject and author/recipient files. The Committee series, 1968-1981, contains reports, agenda, and minutes of meetings. Among the committees represented are Scholarships and Financial Aid, Academic Handbook Revision, and Search and Screen committees. This series is arranged chronologically. The Reports series, 1970-1977, is arranged chronologically. Included are reports written by Ludlow while Assistant Vice-President and materials collected for reports by then-University President John Ryan.
