Autograph manuscript initialed, G.B. Dedicated to the Lady Bacon at Redgrave Hall. Poetical version of Richard Johnson's History of the seven champions of Christendome, 1608. G.B. has been definitely identified as Gawdy Brampton by M.R. Mahl in her Ph.D. dissertation, New York University, 1961.
