Professional ballet dancer and teacher. Received early training in ballet from Dean Crockett in Sacramento and studied at the School of American Ballet from 1953-1957. Performed with the New York City Ballet and the American Ballet Theatre. Retired from dancing in 1957 and worked for the U.S. Coast Guard and various freight businesses.
