Surveyor's notebook, 1785-1789.

This collection contains a notebook used by an unidentified surveyor of land near Simon Kenton's property in Mason County between 1785 and 1789. The 4.4" x 6.5" notebook contains surveyor's notes on lands belonging to other settlers living near Kenton's station. The notebook is twenty-eight pages in length. The cover is missing and it is incomplete.
