Autograph letter signed from Phillips to Mr. Henry Wagner [manuscript], 19th century.

Phillips writes that he is unable to send a letter of his father's, so he is sending the accompanying sketch by his father, the subject of which is Shakespeare in Stratford. The letter is pasted to another sheet of paper which includes the pencil sketch by Phillips, possibly Thomas Phillips. The identity of the correspondent and the artist are not certain.
