Testimony in Cleveland, Ohio by the Master of the John B. Cowle, which was sunk in collision with steamer Isaac M. Scott, in thick fog, July 12, 1909, off Whitefish Bay, Lake Superior. Of crew of twenty-four, fourteen lives were lost.
