[Letter] 1790 Sep. 30, Phila. [to] Sir. Randolph acknowledges to an unknown individual the "kindly advance" that "should have been before this time paid into the bank." He assures that such will happen "by Thursday next." -- [Letter] 1793 Mar. 10, Philadelphia [to] Sir. The letter concerns the rules of the land office pertaining to patents. -- [Letter] 1794 Oct. 29, Philadelphia [to] Ray Greene. Requests that Greene oppose any opposition to "the 2nd article of the consular convention." At head of letter: (Circular).

Edmund Jennings Randolph (August 10, 1753 – September 12, 1813) was an American attorney and politician. He was the 7th Governor of Virginia, and, as a delegate from Virginia, he attended the Constitutional Convention and helped to create the national constitution while serving on its Committee of Detail.
