Primos Mill was the largest tungsten mill in the world during World War I. Foundations of the mill were still visible in 1993 on the west side of Peak to Peak Highway near where it intersects with Boulder County 124E. Shriber may have used this side to promote Boulder County. Shriber was the Superintendent of Schools in Boulder from 1909-1915.
