1301 Grandview Avenue historic building inventory record, 1992.

ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: One-and-a-half story building with flared overhanging eaves, exposed notched rafters, and triangular knee braces. Roughly stuccoed walls atop stone foundation. Front gabled dormer is shingled and has large multi- light window and notched rafters. Notched vergeboards. Porch inset under eaves has cobblestone pier supports and walls with concrete trim. Cobblestone and concrete patio on west with short stone piers with heavy metal chain between. Secondary door opens onto patio. Center paneled-and-glazed door with narrow vertrical lights has wide wood surround. Windows are multi-over-single light with wide tapered surrounds. Large cobblestone chimney on west flanked by windows with geometric tracery. Lower gabled wing on west with decorative planter box.
