Lansing illustrated collection.

Lansing iluustrated was a pictorial work showing fifty-eight scenes of Lansing and Michigan State University. It was published in nine parts by the International Pub. Co. in 1888. The photographer is unknown, but in all probability was hired by the publishing company. There is included in each part brief notes by Henry B. Baker, M.D., a resident of Lansing. A companion work of the same title was published by the Fox Illustrated Co. of Battle Creek, Mich. in 1890. Negatives and archival prints were made of these works in 1983. There are eighty-six 8 x 10" b&w archival mattes.
