The first page in this file is the Boulder City Clerk's certified transcript of the Boulder City Council's action concerning the appropriation of $500 for the repairing and rebuilding of the road from North Twelfth Street (Broadway) north to Lyons "in order to make a completed road in first class condition through to Estes Park." The next page contains a resolution signed on that and the subsequent pages by individuals who agreed to pay specified amounts for the road work.
