Folder 47 contains annual city clerk's reports for 1910, 1912, 1914-16 (6 v.) Fol. 48 has 4 copies of the clerk's 72-page report for 1917 (2 issues). Subsequent reports are in the form of typescripts rather than the earlier printed booklets, reporting on the various city departments for 1926-1932 (in folders 49-53). Fol. 54 has the 31 Dec. 1937 Daily Camera issue entitled "Boulder's city manager government ends 20th year." Folders 55-60 contain mimeographed copies of the city manager's typed annual reports for the years 1938-1943 (one year per folder). Folder 61 contains the city's annual municipal reports for 1944, 1946, and 1948-1949.

On November 4, 1871, the original town site of Boulder, consisting of an area extending for two miles along Boulder Creek and divided into 4044 lots, along with three additional parcels of land, were incorporated by the County.
