TLS, 1914 February 15 : Tokyo, Japan to Colonel [George B.M. Harvey.

Has been introduced to Dr. Mozumi who worked on the code of laws and customs of Japan for which task he traveled to China, Tibet and India under the patronage of Prince Ito, writing 160 volumes. Mott seeks Harvey's assistance to have the work published and translated. Mott also asks to be appointed the (Harper's) Weekly photographer for the coronation.
