Henry Roberts papers, 1831-1832.

This collection contains documents for a claim submitted on behalf of Roberts, a resident of Franklin County, Kentucky, for Revolutionary War service. Included is a letter written to Roberts by an official of the Pension Office, U.S. War Department, concerning the processing of his claim. Roberts was instructed to contact his Congressman, Colonel Richard M. Johnson, who was assisting his application.
